Farsoon has announced the commercial availability of its HT1001P Continuous Additive Manufacturing Solution (CAMS) system after a successful beta programme.

German service providers FKM Sintertechnik GmbH and Modellbau Kurz have been running the machine since the start of 2019 and have both now integrated the system into everyday production.

The HT1001P is a powder bed fusion-based machine with multi-laser scanning capabilities and closed-loop powder system. Designed to enable series additive production, it boasts a build cylinder of 1000 x 500 x 450 mm and a build chamber that can reach 220°C meaning high-performance materials like PA12 can be processed. The build cylinder is automatically passed through the loading station to the build zone and then into the cooling station along a conveyor belt.
