The Coming 3D Printing Revolution

We truly believe that 3D Printing, also known as Additive Manufacturing, is going to revolutionize the world we live in. Just as cellphones went from being cumbersome and very expensive bricks in the early 90’s to smartphones with more computing power than NASA had when they put a man on the moon, expect the same kind of dynamic to take place in 3D printing and 3D printers.

With one very significant difference.

Cellphones and smartphones gave us the technology to dramatically enhance our ability to communicate with one another wherever and whenever, as well as being able to surf the web at our leisure, but the change was primarily limited to those areas.

3D printing will affect a much greater number of areas in our everyday lives, from the homes we live in, the clothing we wear, the furniture we buy, the aircraft we fly in, the cars we drive, the health, medical and dental care we get, and more.

Just as the first and second industrial revolutions radically changed the culture of their times, the upcoming revolution flowing out of 3D printing stands to do the same.

This site is dedicated to exploring the amazing potential changes which will spring out of this revolution.
