The AMpolar® i2 industrial production 3D printer from dp polar uses the patented High-Speed Rotative (HSR) AM process. The continuously rotating print platform enables single-pass printing over an extremely large build area of 21.5 sq. ft., resulting in a build volume of 24.7 cu. ft.

The printer offers the HSR process for two phases of product manufacturing: high-speed prototyping mode to optimize design and component quality and high-volume manufacturing mode for series production. Additional automated equipment can be integrated within the printing process.
