The 3Dsimo MultiPro 7in1 has seven changeable tool-heads, which are super easy to swap out and ready to work after just a short period of time. You can choose from a soldering tip, burning tip, foam-cutting saw, jigsaw, screwdriver, and 3D pen tip. What I love most is combining all of those technologies.
