At first it sounds like a hoax or a concept from the distant future, but a Chinese company is demonstrating that you can “print” houses more efficiently and at a much lower cost than using traditional building methods.

In addition, recycled materials can be used as the “ink” to build the houses, making them affordable and sustainable. This leap forward in using 3D printing techniques for home construction has been pioneered by China’s WinSun Decoration Design Engineering . Their first revolutionary move came in April 2014.
