Additive manufacturing company EOS North America has introduced the new INTEGRA P 450 system for mid-range polymer 3D printing.
.
The new selective laser sintering system is available exclusively in North America and is designed to help users move seamlessly from prototyping to serial production.
.
“Built upon decades of industry feedback, the INTEGRA P 450 bridges the gap from prototyping to serial production,” EOS North America says. “Offering simplicity, serviceability, sustainability and scalability in an open laser sintering platform.” The new system, the latest in EOS’ INTEGRA series, has improved printing consistency and build volume usage, thanks to eight independently controlled heating zones. Other notable features include a dual-roller recoating system that applies powder material at a rate of up to 0.4 meters per second, and a 120 Watt Co2 laser with the “fastest scanning times in the industry” (up to 12.7m/s). The printer is also equipped with a thermal […]
