This printer is complete garbage! It lasted all of about 17 days before sparks shot out of the toggle switch. Literally dozens (possibly hundreds) of people are having all kinds of issues with them, and it looks like Creality has begun ignoring any & all warranty or correspondence regarding it!
Let us know Creality begin to make repairs or offers of exchange or something. They had a pretty good reputation before all of this, will be very difficult to get it back without a major effort to deal with this.
