Israeli startup Tritone to unveil metal 3D printer at Formnext


Founded in 2017, Israeli startup Tritone has been quietly working on a new technology for some time. Now, the young company is ready to unveil its new metal additive manufacturing platform, the Tritone DOMINANT.


The 3D printer will be officially revealed at the upcoming Formnext trade show in Frankfurt. Though we don’t have many details about the patented Tritone DOMINANT technology, here is what we do know. T


he system is designed to facilitate the transition between prototyping and mass production for metal components. It is also compatible with a broad range of metal materials, including titanium, stainless steels, tool steels and copper alloys, as well as ceramics such as alumina. Tritone says its technology works with most commercial metals used in the MIM industry.
