Insole and footwear maker Superfeet announced today that it is offering immediate access to 3D printers and/or production facilities to help with short-term demand for medical supplies as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

The Ferndale, Wash.–based company said its normal business is taking a pause, so it is teaming up with sister company Flowbuilt Manufacturing to help improve the safety of medical professionals and first responders by opening up the capacity on their HP MultiJet Fusion printers and setting up a manufacturing line for producing medical equipment. Superfeet said in a news release that it is asking anyone in need of supplies to combat coronavirus to reach out to the company and see if they can be of assistance by emailing covidresponse@superfeet.com.
